Leaves

One of my favorite things about Michigan is the leaves in the fall; they are absolutely stunning. I love just driving down the road and having an array of colors on either side of me. As you can see in these photos I found this one lovely yellow tree and thought it was a good spot for pictures. This outfit is so easy for fall; a knit dress, jacket & boots. And when it gets colder just add a scarf & tights. Deep red/burgundy keeps grabbing my eye for fall – I’ve never been much of a red fan but I can’t seem to help it this time.

Exciting news – my friend Joelle will be guest blogging here on Friday because I leave for NYC late tonight. A group of friends and I are headed out to be volunteers for the NYC Marathon. I volunteered last year as well & it was such a blast (even though the marathon ended up being cancelled!).
