I was really going to try not to shop during February…then I remembered my tax return was coming in…hello spring clothing! (Don’t worry – I will not spend all my return money on clothes, I promise). The weather is also really starting to wear on me. The bitter cold, excessive snow and lack of sunshine have been leaving me with little outfit inspiration. Yesterday we actually had a heat wave of 37 degrees & sunny! I took advantage of this to run outside and IT WAS AMAZING. Sunshine on your face makes the day that much better.
Anyways, I snagged this cable knit sweater on super sale at Old Navy this weekend. The bright green caught my eye & I’m sure I’ll get to wear it through at least March! I tried to make it more youthful with a statement necklace & leopard. How did I do?

Super cute! Love the colors! Way to brighten up your look, despite the cold weather. ;] You look fab.

I love the subject of this post! Haha…I completely understand the dilemma, but you do NOT look like a grandma! Great look! Leopard clutches make anything fabulous. 🙂

Thanks for reminding me to get my taxes done – haha! Love this, green + leopard = perfection.
I laughed at the title of your post! I feel a bit frumpy in sweaters like that too, but it’s all about the accessories. The vest and of course, leopard really take this look into the “trendy” zone 🙂
