Style Series: Day 2 [[ loving on lemons ]]

Day 2 of the Style Series & I’m wearing the lemon skirt as promised. Now you can see what it looks like in real life! I was a bit hesitant about keeping it at first, mainly because I wasn’t sure if it was too old for me. But when I put it on and realized there were pockets I was completely sold. I love that fuller skirts are in style because they are flattering on most body types, and they are a great way to accent the tiniest part of your body. The combo of the ruffled tank (which is a pajama top, whoops), with the flirty lemon skirt is quite girly; which is why I thought the moto jacket would be the perfect contrast (to add just a tiny bit of edge). I’m sure this outfit will be repeated a few times this summer! And it looks great with a tan, which I am finally starting to get…AMEN.

PS. I’m kind of on a lemon kick lately: lemon juice in my water, lemon poppyseed muffins, lemon popsicles, lemonade…I can’t stop!
