Hi lovely ladies and gents!

My name is Lauren and I blog over at DressingDallas.com. I’m an avid fashion and beauty blogger that loves to dabble in D.I.Y. projects, photography, design, and anything fun! I’ve been blogging since 2008, but I recently started up Dressing Dallas as a way for me to express my creative side! I work in a hospital, and I’ve been finding that sometimes it’s hard to express my personal style while wearing scrubs and a lab coat! Writing on my website has helped me to express my creativity and to help grow confidence in myself! My favorite things about blogging are trying out new trends, working with other fabulous bloggers (like Maddy!) and hearing from my amazing readers!

Some other fun facts about myself:

I’m a total science nerd. I love anything and everything science-related!

I’m a new mom! I have a seven month old son who is the love of my life!

I’ve been married for 2.5 years to the most wonderful guy! He’s seriously a saint for taking my blog pictures and dealing with my shopping addiction!

My favorite places to shop include: Target, Hautelook, Sephora, Nordstrom, J Crew and Gap.

I have an abnormal amount of makeup, shoes, nail polish, and cardigans. I probably should seek help for this ha!
