A while back I was browsing the website Nasty Gal (please pick a better company name) looking for the elusive perfect white summer skirt. During this search I came across this top & thought it was kick @$$. I had no where specific in mind to wear it, but that never stops me 🙂 so I decided to order it & see how it fit. Of course I loved it when it came in, but none of the 3 white skirts I ordered. (Sidenote – I have purchased & returned 15 white skirts – I just can’t find the “one”). yes, I know I am crazy. I like to call it determined.
Since I ordered this in the pre budget days, I kept it, even though it was $48. I generally don’t buy expensive tops, but this one is just so unique! I love the idea of a statement top – find yourself a top you love, that makes you feel great & rock it. I’ve worn this twice to concerts, both times with my faux leather skirt, but I have some other ideas in mind.
For some reason, this shirt makes me feel awesome. And I love feeling awesome. So do yourself a favor & find a shirt that makes you feel (even more) awesome. Because you are!

This outfit is seriously amazing! The cut of that top is so fantastic. And you LOOK like you feel amazing in that top. And I love it with the leather skirt and cobalt heels. Fabulous look!! (Also, I totally by myself birthday gifts … even when it isn’t anywhere near my birthday!)

such a perfect little going out outfit! the shirt is obviously amazing, but those shoes are killer! i bought myself my old navy clogs for my birthday (and i got to use a coupon!). i feel like on your petite frame, this top would look amazing with high-waisted printed pants. can’t wait to see how else you style it!
