We went to Traverse City this weekend for a gorgeous wedding. The weather was perfect, people were wonderful & the wedding was so fun! Thank you Alison & Alex for the invite & a huge congratulations. Naturally I was distracted by everything else going on so I got a whole 2 pictures of my outfit. But hey, at least I got two. I did wear heels for the actual ceremony, but then decided to switch to sandals for the rest of the evening (best choice ever).
This dress is my recently rediscovered “go-to.” I bought it almost 3 years ago at Forever 21 and am just now realizing how versatile it is. I’ve worn it to conferences with blazers, dinner banquets and this wedding. Not bad for $27.80. It doesn’t hurt that I always get told the color of the dress matches my eyes either 🙂

i have a really similar go-to dress from forever 21! they don’t always nail it, but when they do, they really do. my favorite LBD is from there, and i bought it on sale even. it’s just the most perfect dress and the day it stops fitting me will be the saddest day ever.
