Here are my September goodies! This month I definitely gravitated towards lots of fall colors & pieces that I can mix + match. Before I do a breakdown of the budget, I want to let you know that I will not be shopping in October with any budget. I am only going to allow myself to purchase items if I have a gift card (I’ve got an H&M one) or if I made that amount of money selling clothes. Looking at fashion blogs + being surrounded by clothing all the time makes it way too easy for me to shop. This month I plan on taking a step back + remixing all the fun clothing I already own! You’re probably wondering why I’m telling you this? I need you guys to help hold me accountable! Sometimes the urge to shop is so strong, so keep buy medications india tabs on me to make sure I’m not spending extra money 😉
September: $125 budget + $56 selling clothes + $50 from Dad = $231
Forever 21 Tweed Skirt – $17.80
Leopard + Black Marshall’s Booties = $40.00
Forever 21 Maroon Striped Crop Top = $9.80
Forever 21 Gold Necklace = $5.80
Banana Republic Stackable Rings = originally $35 – paid $17.50
Franco Sarto Leopard Heels = originally $90.00 – paid $50.00
Gap Kids Parka = originally $58.00 – paid $29.00
Banana Republic Striped Tee = originally $40.00 – paid $25.00
Forever 21 Fringe Necklace = $10.80
Total = $205.70
I’m really happy with all my September purchases & can’t wait to create new outfits with them this month!
If you keep a shopping budget – how did you do this month? What purchase was your favorite?

Something About That
Thank you! I feel like they’ve got a lot of remixing potential!
I’m definitely downsizing my budget as it’s my final year of school and I’ve chosen not to work! Thankfully, I have a tiny bit of income, but it’s hard when you love to shop! Makes me feel supported that someone else has a budget like mine!! I’ll be coming here for extra encouragement!
In August I bought camel coloured booties at Topshop for only $35!! (originally $200) and I am in love with them. Definitely a favourite purchase.

Oh my gosh! That is such a good deal. We’ll be in this minimal shopping thing together!
Cute blog. I am glad you have decided to challenge yourself. I know for most of the year I haven’t had the extra budget/time to shop but lately I have felt alittle more blessed to do so (Giftcards, date night shopping) but it is awful when we feel we want more. You picked out some cute things. Happy minimal shopping this month. Rachel xo
