I survived my 2nd hot yoga class ever last night (victory dance!) I was better equipped this time with capris instead of shorts + a big headband/buff to hold all the sweat out of my eyes. FYI – for anyone wanting to try hot yoga – do not wear shorts..your arms will actually slide off your legs from the sweat! I learned that the hard way my first time (aka last week). I truly thought I was going to hate it, but was pleasantly surprised. I love feeling super sweaty after a good workout + yoga is quite relaxing. Any hot yoga fans out there? If so, what tips do you have?

LOVE LOVE LOVE me some hot yoga. I was unlimited at Funky Buddha for years until recently. Only gave it up because it was a huge time commitment and an expense I didn’t want to justify any longer. But I am true believer of it’s benefits for mind, body and soul. Keep it up and you’ll keep seeing results 🙂
Props to you for surviving! I haven’t been brave enough to attempt, but one of these days.. There’s a hot yoga studio in the same building as my office. May as well, right?
I’m a little obsessed over your lipstick and the matching clutch and shoes. So cute! I think you just inspired me to try mixing my plaid and leopard together 🙂 I’ve never tried hot yoga but I am intrigued as I also really enjoy workouts that leave you feeling sweaty and gross, like you’ve worked hard!

I recently started taking hot yoga, too! Did you go to Funky Buddha? I’m loving it so far!
I’ve been to Twisted Hot Yoga – its in Knapp’s corner. They do $5 drop on Wednesday at 6pm 🙂
