Like everyone else, I have some New Year’s goals for myself. I love the idea of a fresh start, and I feel like its time to figure out this “being an adult” thing. The past two months have been a whirlwind of work, finishing school, graduation, Thanksgiving, Christmas + New Year’s. With all of these I found it really hard to stick to my normal workout and sleep schedule, leaving me feeling unsatisfied with myself. But that is about to change! I have a really good feeling about 2015 and I am excited to see what the year holds. I really appreciate you following along + hope that you will continue to follow Cassidy Lou throughout 2015.
And now for my goals… (if I publish them then I have to be held accountable)
– Once a month donate either my time, money, or both to a charity
-Visit London (+hopefully Paris)
-Complete all 60 days of Insanity Max 30 (even thought I don’t like it)
-Make people laugh more
-Take a hot yoga class 1-2 times a month
– Complete the 52 week saving challenge
-Give up a different “fun” food each month to help minimize cravings (This month I’m giving up pizza!)
-Race at least 2 sprint triathlons in 2015
-Focus more on experiences and not things
-Be present
I’m sure I will add more to the list as the year goes on, but here is what I’m starting with. Have you set your goals for 2015 yet?
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
