2/24/17 — UPDATE: Forever 21 is now accepting returns in store for your money back and not just store credit. Check with your local Forever 21 before purchasing to confirm but I have seen multiple signs in multiple stores sharing this information!

This information is not related to today’s outfit at all, but were you aware that you can return for a REFUND at Forever 21? I discovered this over the summer and just realized that I should share the joyous news. (on the flip side you may already know this information, in which case I am just behind) If you order an item online and want to return it, you can get your money refunded if you ship it back to the warehouse directly. THANK GOODNESS. I usually don’t shop at Forever 21 because I’m afraid of commitment…to the clothing. I change my mind about things all the time, or opt for a different size or color. Now you don’t have to worry about fit when ordering online because you can always ship it back. Of course they don’t pay return shipping (we can’t all be ASOS and Nordstrom), but at least its a step in the right direction.

i think its unfair that you can only get your money back if you shop online…. I made a purchase in- store 12/22/2016 and needed to return it on 12/23/2016…. I was only offered store redint. It shouldn’t matter rather it was in – store or online. If you return the item in a timely fashion and its unworn and tags are in place a guest should be able to have their money returned…. NOT HAPPY

I never knew that!! One time I tried to take back a dress that was damaged, I mean like I took it home and it had a hole in it and they wouldn’t budge on their policy. I was so mad!! I will have to remember this tip for later. Thanks a bunch for featuring Erica!

I love this look! Your sock and bootie combo is great. I love that they are a wedge. I have discovered that about F21 returns. It still doesn’t make sense to me why I can’t return an online purchase in store. I usually just shop in store rather than online because I never know.

It should have an address on the return label in the box. But if not their LA distribution center is 3880 N Mission Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90031
you are responsible for the return shipping on your own (only downside) but at least you get some money back
You will play hell actually getting one cent back from Forever21. Believe me, I’ve been through the whole nightmare. I will never shop there again! Online OR in their cheap, cluttered, stores!
They still have a bad return policy compared to other stores.
I bought 2 sizes of a bralette maybe 2-3 months ago. I intended to go to my local store to return it, but once I got to the register, I realized accidentally brought the wrong receipt for this item. But the girl at the register told me that I couldn’t return it anyway even if I had the receipt because it was “lingerie”.
That’s funny, I only saw”final sale” in red next to all the panties on the site. If I had seen the “final sale” for this particular item, I wouldn’t have bought 2 sizes to see which one fits better. I went home kind of confused. Then a couple weeks later I found the receipt and it really didn’t say “FINAL SALE” like all the panties do. I called CS and argued with the manager for 30 minutes to try to get her to cover the return shipping (seeing as how I can’t return it to the store) to return it, but she wouldn’t budge. And a week later, I see the return policy updated on their website to specifically say that “SELECT” lingerie can’t be returned. Which means that I could have returned the bralette the first time.
So they pretty much robbed me.

Yes, their return policy is definitely one of the worst – hence why I really don’t shop there. I’ll stop in once in a while and maybe pick up a blouse, but otherwise its not worth it. Sorry that experience was so bad for you!

I did a video about forever21 return policy . They are crooks I won’t shop there anymore .
If you purchase your items using a Discover card …they have a Policy called Return Guarantee where they credit the amount charged back to your account after you notify them that the merchant wouldn’t accept your return. This is a Super Benefit of having a major credit card that stands behind their customers! This applies to purchases made in the store.

I just bought a cropped top in-store the other day from a last chance to buy rack. The items on these racks are still full price and the cropped up top wasn’t cheap. Yet I’m only going after realising now as I was trying it on that a chain strap on it had been damaged before I bought it. Is there anything I can do?
I would take it back to the store and discuss with a manager!
