If you’re like me, then pants shopping is definitely a struggle. I wanted to share my new favorite work pants with you all in case anyone needs some! I’ve been on the hunt for skinny black pants for months and months. I’ve tried on different pairs at what seems like everywhere (Banana Republic, Gap, Loft, J.Crew, Target, The Limited, Asos, etc) with zero luck. After mentioning my dilemma to some of my friends during our last wine club and receiving multiple recommendations, I decided to try on some at Express. Now, I am extremely picky when it comes to pants because 1.) I don’t generally want to be wearing them anyways, and 2.) because its hard to find a comfortable yet semi flattering pair. But, to my amazement, I found a pair at Express that I love! (as much as one can love black dress pants). The ones I’m wearing are called the Columnist Ankle Pant. They have a tiny bit of stretch, but not too much, they are machine washable (yes!), hold their shape after multiple wearings, and come in great colors! So if anyone else is struggling with pant shopping, I would recommend giving Express a try. I plan on getting another color later this month, and probably at least one more after that 🙂

Loving the pattern mixing, and those shoes are just adorable! Good to know about pants – I don’t wear work pants often, but it’s good to have some on hand just in case. I’ll check out Express next time! 🙂
