The answer is definitely YES! With two adventures coming up in May (I’ll share more details later), I’ve been scoping out backpacks for traveling. As much as I love traveling with cute totes and cross body bags, sometimes it just makes more sense to rock a backpack. (And your back appreciates because the weight is more evenly distributed). Backpacks make it easier to carry more, give you greater mobility, and allow you to have your hands free – making dragging a carry on suitcase WAY easier. They also work well for hiking or even exploring the city!
So really – a backpack is the way to go for travel! Luckily, there are some stinkin’ cute backpacks available. I’ve picked out 9 of my favorites below, and I would love to hear which ones you guys like!
I love the green of the Fjall Canada one (#6) (I would NEVER lose it), but the pattern on the light blue Hershel (#9) has me totally smitten. The MZ Wallace multicolored backpack from Nordstrom (#8) is gorgeous, but it definitely falls into the splurge category with a price tag of $245…so it’s probably not happening. I need your help, which would you choose?

I love these picks! I’ve been finding myself wanting a backpack these days too, but I’m not sure if I’d use it or not. I have some new stuff coming up in May (also hasn’t been shared yet), so it MAY find a need, but I’m just not sure I can pull it off!

I’ve actually got one of the Herschel Duffle Bags and I love it! For a while I’ve been eyeing one of their backpacks and after seeing The Longest Ride it cemented my need for one!
