It’s Jackie here, from Something About That. I wanted to start off by thanking Maddy for letting me guest post while she’s away. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s jealous of the incredible adventures that she must be having right now.
To give you a bit of background about me, I’m a fashion and food lover from Toronto, Canada. I spent the last few years working in sales by day and running my fashion blog in the evenings. I recently decided that it was time for a change in my life, so I quit my job and started back at school full time. Apparently, I make some spontaneous decisions from time to time, but my personal style is a lot more simple!
I find it a bit difficult to “define” my personal style, because I feel that’s a bit limiting. I like to wear jeans and a boyfriend cardigan one day, and a cute, girly skirt the next. I’m a strong believer that you don’t need to spend a lot to look amazing, but you do need to know how to be a smart shopper.
Now that we’re into the warmer weather, I’ve been wearing a lot more skirts and dresses than I did in the winter months. I can’t stand wearing tights, so as soon as it’s warm enough, I’m one of the first to rock bare legs!
Thanks again to Maddy for having me here! I hope you’ll hop over to Something About That.
Also, I’ll be checking out the comments and would love to know: what are your favourite skirts or dresses for the season?
