hello everyone! Hopefully I didn’t bombard you with too many photos. Our first day in Paris (last Friday) was spent walking and exploring the city. We stayed in an adorable boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter called The Five (which we realized was a couples hotel when there were rose petals on the bed hahaha), and since the weather was perfect we chose to walk almost everywhere that day. We visited typical tourist spots, such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe, as well as tiny local cafes. (I’m pretty sure I ate my body weight in chocolate croissants!)
I’ve been realizing throughout this trip how much I take my space for granted. In both Paris and London, everything is tiny – the rooms, the bars, toilets, etc. Many clubs, bars and restaurants are underground actually. In Michigan we have SO much space. My bedroom alone is larger than our entire Paris hotel room (bathroom & balcony included!)
One of my favorite things about Paris is how beautiful everything is; the architecture, fountains, bridges…I love old buildings. But, today is my last full day in London and we have an agenda, so thank you so much for reading!

Something About That
Paris is such a gorgeous city, and your photos are making me want to take a trip ASAP. It’s so crazy how tiny everything is in the city – when I visited I could touch both sides of the room from my bed! I don’t think I’d be able to live that that! I’m loving your sightseeing outfit – your skirt + sneaker combo is so fun and perfect for those cobblestone streets!

Oh my goodness. Those are amazing pictures. You’ll have to check out our shirt in our shop that features the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks of Paris and see if it brings back memories. 🙂
