Good morning everyone! Today I wanted to share something I’ve been working on for a bit with you. Earlier this summer I was contacted by a company called Smile Brilliant to test out their whitening trays. Ever since I got my braces off in 9th grade, I’ve worried about my teeth being yellow. I’m not sure if its because of the braces, or dumb insecurities, but I was always concerned. Throughout high school and college I would use Crest Whitestrips the week before any event (proms, weddings, etc), but always wished I could have used the special whitening trays from the dentist (but they were way too expensive…think $500+). So I’m sure you can understand my excitement when they offered me a chance for dentist level whitening (without even visiting the dentist…bonus!)
How it works:
They send the molding paste to your house & you make a mold of your teeth and ship it back to them
They use your molds to create reusable trays then mail them back to you
You use the whitening gel in the trays for anywhere from 1-3 hours for 14 days straight!
(they also send desensitizing gel for people with sensitive teeth!)
Overall the process was super simple and I enjoyed using it. I definitely noticed a difference in my teeth…so much so that I was confident enough to wear bright lipstick in Paris!
