Fringe is everywhere this fall; there are fringe bags, boots, vests, shirts, etc. I saw this fringe skirt at SheIn and knew it would be a statement piece (and I may even incorporate it into one of my Halloween costumes!) I think the neutral color tones down the fringe, but it definitely feels like a fall skirt to me.
