floral pants party

I have a thing for floral pants apparently (see here, here and here) – and when I saw these in Banana Republic’s new arrivals section, I knew they were coming home with me. I recently donated my other pair of navy floral dress pants, so I figured it was time for an upgrade. (I may or may not have bought the matching blazer as well…prepare yourselves). I’m really happy with the fit & the weight of the pants – this is my first pair of dress pants from Banana, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. If you’re in the market for floral pants, I would take the time to check these out.

I celebrated Easter on both Saturday & Sunday last weekend, and while the weather was glorious on Sunday, it was pretty chilly on Saturday. I ended up wearing my leather jacket for most of the day, but couldn’t resist breaking out these heeled sandals. (also from Banana Republic!)

When it comes to heels, I tend to lean towards chunky heels versus stilettos. I find them to be more comfortable & easier to walk in. I also have very narrow feet, so I find that anything lace-up is wonderful; as I can adjust the width of the shoes. Great news for all us narrow feet ladies out there, since the lace-up trend is crazy popular right now!
