There are two main reasons I haven’t posted/written about health and fitness much on Cassidy Lou.
First, I believe it can be a very touchy subject, and I am in no way telling people they’re right, or wrong, or how they should live their lives. To each their own. But, I want to start sharing in case someone can learn something from my experiences, or be inspired by a workout or fitness tool I use (and because it is a HUGE part of my life).
Secondly, I’m always worried that I do not look “in shape enough” to be giving fitness/health advice. That may sound dumb but I definitely don’t have a six pack or killer biceps (maybe one day) and I didn’t know if people would want to hear what I wanted to say.
But, I decided I need to get over #2. While I’m working behind the scenes to achieve my goals, I figured I would share workouts, gear and health related posts along the way.
So this is me, in all my unedited glory. My stomach is my most insecure area (I went back and forth about posting these pictures probably 45,679 times), and some days overall body confidence is LOW. I’m not where I want to be but I’m determined to get there – so maybe you’ll join me for the ride?
As I mentioned pharmacy online india previously, I was stuck rehabbing my hip for 16 weeks, and I had to get creative with my workouts. I designed workouts that got my heart rate elevated, but didn’t use any weights on my lower body. Plus, I was without a gym membership from April – June, so all I had was my dumbbells, some sub-bar hotel gyms & the great outdoors.
Before we get to the workout though – tell me if you all want to see fitness posts? If you don’t care? I really want to hear from you 🙂
For this workout you need a step, a bench, a curb, a chair…anything you can step up onto.
Warm Up!  (depending how long you want your workout to be you can either do something small (3×25 jumping jacks) or something larger (one mile jog)
REPEAT 3 times
Cool down walk & stretch
