Cozy Cashmere (now under $60!)

Do you ever have so much going on inside your head that you can’t seem to get the right words out?

That is 100% me today. After a long conversation with my friend Katie on Sunday night, I knew exactly what I wanted to talk about in today’s blog post (which was supposed to go live yesterday). But, between work, getting my booty to the gym, talking to family & friends, cooking, cleaning, getting my car worked on, Christmas being in 5 days (although it feels NOTHING like Christmas) and looking for a better job solution – I’m struggling to verbalize my thoughts. I’m going to try to set some time aside today or tomorrow and hopefully share, because its a topic I think applies to a lot of people.

I’ll take the easy road today and simply discuss this outfit. While I know bare legs are not practical everywhere, you could easily add some cozy sweater tights to this look for extra warmth. Also – I’m still highly recommending this Cynthia Rowley cashmere sweater (under $60 at TJ Maxx). It is SO darn comfortable and I wear it a ton – plus its on sale now. When I visited my parents for Thanksgiving, I wore it 3 of the 5 days I was home (that good!).

I wanted to play with different fabrics & cuts of items; mixing a leather mini skirt with an over-sized sweater and a (somewhat) cropped jacket. Overall, I’m loving how it turned out.
