PS. Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. I’m probably on a plane back from Nashville as you’re reading this 🙂
I envisioned this tunic with my over the knee boots, but some frazzled girl (me) forgot to bring them when Jess and I shot these photos, so I improvised. Admittedly, I like this outfit much less with the ankle boots, but the tunic is still pretty and I wanted to share. It may look familiar, since I also own the white version (last seen here). Since the tunic is sheer (when I wear it as a dress) I layer either a thin bodycon dress or a tank and Nike pro shorts so I don’t feel totally naked. Having the OTK boots helps as well, since only a few inches of thigh end up being shown.
Free People isn’t generally my style, but after seeing my friend Meagan rock this tunic so many times I finally gave in! I’m super glad I did, as I’ve already worn both colors multiple times. If you’re on the fence about it I would snag it while its on sale. My friend Erika did and she rocked it at a concert a few weeks ago.
Cheers to a good week ahead!
xo, Maddy

I think the length works just fine with booties – although I can see it looking awesome with OTK too!

Yes, I love it with OTK. I wore it out like that a few weekends ago 🙂
I think the dress is gorgeous and it looks just as cute with booties! 🙂
