Which is why I’m excited (and proud) to share with you the workbook my friend Nicole is launching TODAY!

Feel Good, Dress Better is comprehensive guide to transforming your closet to better reflect your personal style. This workbook introduces the idea of intuition-based dressing using a body positive and lifestyle-oriented approach to building your closet and creating outfits you love.

The all inclusive workbook features: a closet clean-out, education on the different kinds of pieces that make up your closet, a guide to identifying your personal style, space to determine the holes in your closet, a helpful shopping journal, and outfit challenges to help you get dressed in a new way.

Nicole and I think very similarly when it comes to personal style, and we’ve been blog friends for years. When reading through Feel Good, Dress Better, I recognized many of the questions she asks as questions I pose to my style clients.

Today I am sharing an outfit built directly off one of the 10 Day Outfit Challenge prompts (part of the workbook). I chose to create an outfit for the prompt “Day 3: Playful + Comfortable,” which are two words I would absolutely use to describe this outfit. As many of you know I love to pattern mix, and stripes and florals are my favorites to pair. By adding some simple + fun sandals, my most comfortable jeans and my Cult Gaia, I feel like I could explore all day and still feel put together and amazing.
