And ready to share my June goal progress! As I mentioned last week, June was a blast but absolutely crazy. Hence the sharing my goal progress 10 days late…
Its that time of the month where I publicly admit to you all that I haven’t done super amazing on my goals (but I really am trying!) If you’re new to the game here you can check out my previous updates from 2017 so far: January / February / March / April / May and my original post here.
FITNESS & HEALTH GOALS:
The good:
Still loving training with Annie – I can’t explain how nice it is having my workouts made for me- I definitely work harder because of it. I did miss a few in June but so far I’m all in for July and its going well!
I went to yoga a few times in Toledo with my family (if you’re in Toledo check out Yogaja Yoga)
I think I’ve decided to not worry about my body fat goal, it had a more negative than positive effect on me and I don’t want to become neurotic about it
I’ve been swimming 2x a week and am so happy I’m finally back into it!
What I need to work on:
taking progress pictures – you guys I keep forgetting and its bad
LIFE GOALS:
The good:
I had one client for Elevate in June, and I have one scheduled in July and one in August
I am SO much happier living and working in Michigan (I just realized I haven’t missed California at all…that may change once winter rolls around)
looking for jobs / deciding where to live…..the struggle!

TRAVEL GOALS:
The good:
Both the Train concert + Electric Forest were a success! (Even though the 4th of July traffic heading toward Chicago nearly killed me…)
What I need to work on:
we’re looking into heading to Seattle sometime this summer? We need to figure out dates + such
I’m trying to get a trip up to Sleeping Bear Dunes before the summer ends as well

I have thought about buying those shoes at Target like a million times (I assume those are the Target ones…)! But with my knee being so messed up (still), I have been sticking to mostly flats (LAME). Sounds like you had a good month. I am so glad you are happy back in Michigan! All of my fitness goals have been sidelined because of my knee. Right now I am just focusing on getting better.
