FITNESS & HEALTH GOALS:
The good:
- I’m still absolutely loving training with Annie. Her workouts push me way harder than I would push myself and I’m feeling strong
 - Made it to hot yoga twice with friends (thanks Al + Nat!) and it kicked our butts both times!
 - I finally took progress pictures again
 - Feeling better about my nutrition – and also working
 
What I need to work on:
- Cooking @ home more
 - Swimming laps – finally got back in the pool last week after a month off. Going to try to make it a weekly thing!
 - Keeping up with 2-3x a month of yoga
 
LIFE GOALS
The good:
- I finally finished You Are a Badass (loved it) and now just started Extreme You
 - Finally back to donating, and sent money to Puerto Rico via UNICEF
 - Gratitude
 
What I need to work on:
- putting all the positive out into the Universe. [probably just going to re-read You Are a Badass until I feel calmer]
 - stopping the comparisons
 
TRAVEL GOALS:
- We spent a few days up at Sleeping Bear Dunes right after Labor Day and the weather could not have been more perfect. It is SO gorgeous up there.
 - I headed down to Cincinnati again to visit my sister and best friend and it was a great girl’s trip!
 
Upcoming:
- I’m hoping to visit my other sister (hey Shannon) this month as well as head to a small local music festival to celebrate B’s birthday
 - I would love to make it over to Chicago this month or next, we’ll see!
