Workwear Wednesday

hey guys!

Clearly I’m a bit slow with getting this post up today, seeing as its 8:45pm but, I’m going to roll with it. This multicolored tweed skirt is from H&M and I think it will be quite versatile this fall + winter. I’ve already tried it on with my mustard high neck blouse and black flats for another work outfit and my black + white striped tunic, burgundy moto jacket and leopard slip on sneakers for a more casual look (or a third work outfit depending on your office environment). Ideally I’ll get both of those ideas shot + up on the blog to share with you. My goal in the upcoming months is to showcase pieces that can be worn over and over again and do my best to get creative in my closet.

I’ve owned this polka dot blouse for years (remember this post from 2015?) and I snagged these pink heels 3 years ago (I just dug through the blog archives and found them in a post from October 2014.) Pieces don’t necessarily have to be expensive to last and be staples in your closet- these heels are from Old Navy. When shopping look for items that you love know and will love later. 🙂
