local friends – this mural + blue garage door are located right off Bridge St. (on Winter by O’Tooles!)
This dress is proof that even though I have a lot in my closet, I still hold on to and re-wear things for YEARS. Seriously. I bought this dress from Forever 21 back in 2014 and wore it to my 22nd birthday party (which was an absolute blast). Evidence here and here (ft. red solo cups haha).
Actually, this entire outfit could be considered “old,” as all of these pieces are from previous years and have been featured in other outfits on here before. These gingham J.Crew heels were purchased in 2016 and always receive a ton of love, and both my lucite necklace + clear clutch were snagged in 2017.
I’ve been slowly *but surely* going through my closet this summer and purging. I’ve taken about 30 items to resale shops, given away a handful of pieces and donated 2 bags of clothing + household items. I’m hopefully going to do another round of cleaning out in the next few weeks so I’m really only holding onto items I love and want to wear.
If you’re local I would recommend both Rock Paper Scissors and Audrey Lane Boutique for consignment (both located right Marie Catrib’s), I have had a lot of luck both selling + buying from there 🙂
Thanks for stopping by today!

I found an almost identical necklace for under $40 here!

They may all be older pieces but they definitely look like you got them this year! I love those gingham sandals SO much! And I have been constantly decluttering my house. I feel so good when I do it! But it is a never ending process for me.
