I was really excited to share this skirt with you all because its affordable + versatile, but as I went to finish up this blog post I noticed this skirt already sold out from H&M 🙁 So my apologies. They do still have the exact skirt available in a leopard version here and I’ll link similar ones below.
H&M has been my go-to place for midi skirts. I’ve been slowly adding them to my wardrobe over the years, with my obvious favorite being the emerald one I wear year round. I’ve shared it here , here, here, here and here (are you sick of it yet?) I’m excited to style this striped one different ways this spring + summer, and happy to report it was warm enough that I already wore it to work last week with my denim jacket + white mules (here).
In my opinion, midi skirts are a great option for spring and fall. They offer more coverage but are still lightweight enough for warmer temperatures…and they offer a nice break from the constant rotation of pants and leggings I live in during the winter months.
Here are a few of my current H&M favorite midi skirts:
I used to think I couldn’t wear them because of my height, or if I did then I had to wear them with heels. But I’ve stopped caring about all of that and now I wear midi skirts however I please. Which, on this day, happened to be with sneakers since we were going to be walking in DC.
At this point in my life I love sneakers paired with pretty much anything, which is great since there are so many cute pairs available. Now that it’s warming up I’m looking forward to wearing them with dresses + skirts this spring.
I want to hear from you – are you a fan of midi skirts? Let me know!
xo, Maddy
